Apostle Queen Belemzy Marks 46th Birthday as Port Harcourt Revival Crusade Ends

A three-day revival crusade in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, wrapped up on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, with a birthday celebration honouring Apostle Queen Belemzy, the founder of Queen Belemzy Ministries-School of Power, who turned 46.
Held under the theme "3 Days Holy Ghost Encounter," the crusade ran from Sunday, September 27, through Tuesday, September 29, at the Reens Suites and Apartments Event Centre. Christians, ministry members and partners travelled from Nigeria, other parts of Africa, Europe and the United States to attend, while millions more were said to have participated online.
Worship, testimonies and prayers featured during the celebration, with those present recounting the ways the ministry had shaped their lives. Belemzy, a preacher based in the United States, is known for spreading messages of salvation, deliverance and restoration to global audiences through social media.
Some members who made the trip from other countries said what they had experienced through the ministry drove their decision to come to Port Harcourt for the birthday programme.
Verah Otieno, a member based in Dubai, said she had belonged to the ministry since 2018 and chose to travel to Port Harcourt because of how it had affected her life.
"This ministry is like our home. There's love here, there's teaching here. This ministry just taught me how to love God. Through the Apostle, I've learnt a lot. The things I didn't know, I've learnt them under her," she said.
"I have seen how she has blessed many people. Their lives have changed because of her because of the love she has for God and humanity."
"I have never in my life experienced what the Apostle is doing for people. I just admire her obedience, and she has taught us how to be obedient to God," she added.
Mary Bruenle, a member from Germany, said her encounter with the ministry had transformed her life.
"My encounter with her has changed my life so much; spiritually, physically. Jesus has changed my life so much through her ministry. So, first of all, Jesus, and then my Apostle, and then the country Nigeria because I like the country, not everything, but I like it," she said.
Bruenle said she came across Belemzy's ministry on YouTube while browsing.
"I met her online. One day I was scrolling through YouTube and then I saw her video and I was just like glued to it," she said.
Celeste Gilchrist, from Delaware in the United States, who was making her second visit to Nigeria, described her experience with Belemzy as transformational. She said a friend introduced her to the ministry six years ago.
"I joined this ministry six years ago through a friend who invited me. And I'm going to tell you, the first time that I watched her, I couldn't stop, and I joined the ministry. I have been a member for six years now," she said.
"My life has tremendously changed 360 degrees. God has blessed me. I've been healed through this ministry. My eyes, my high blood pressure, cholesterol, so many things. You know, God has really taken care of me through this ministry," she added.
Apostle Felicia Tengu, from Columbus, Ohio, in the United States, said celebrating Belemzy was meaningful to her, noting that the ministry had reached many lives globally.
Belemzy's aunt, Mrs Margaret, praised the cleric for answering what she called the call of God and building a ministry that had touched people in various countries. She said Belemzy grew up in Port Harcourt before relocating to the United States and had lived with her after her parents moved away.
"Today, I can tell you that I am very proud of her because her life has become an instrument of change to people. God is using her to touch lives around the world, including her own people here," she said.
At a press conference earlier, Belemzy said she chose to use her birthday to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in her hometown after receiving what she described as divine direction. She said the revival formed part of her ministry's continuing evangelistic outreaches across the country, focusing on healing, restoration and revival.
"God told me to come and do my birthday celebration here. I used to be a party promoter and I used to do birthday parties every year in the club, big ones, and since I got saved God told me from now on I will do the party for the glory of God," she said.
"Right now it's Jesus' party. So he told me to come to Port Harcourt and do it. This is where I was born. This is my hometown, I am from here," she added.
She said the programme gave participants an opportunity for what she called genuine encounters with Jesus Christ, along with healing and deliverance.
"Jesus is the light of the world, and this is the word he's been giving me since I came for this programme, Nigeria is about to experience the light of the world — Jesus Christ, and he is set to remove every darkness and bring light into their lives. Nigeria is about to be great again," she said.
In addition to the religious activities, Belemzy used the three-day programme to distribute food, clothing and startup capital to some participants to help meet their material needs.
The celebration attracted Nigerians from various backgrounds, including figures from the film industry led by Dr Emeka Rollas Ejezie (MON), former National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria. Other actors who attended to felicitate with the cleric included veteran actress Patience Ozokwor (Mama G), Steve Eboh, Doris Ogala, Uche Ogbodo and Torino Ojukwu, among others.
