Plateau will feel more Tinubu impact soon – Badaru

Director-General of the Arewa for Asiwaju (A4A) Initiative, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, has assured Plateau State that more dividends of democracy will come to the state under the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Badaru emphasized that the state will benefit more from the Federal Government’s impact, adding that the President is keen to strengthen relationships with relevant stakeholders in the state and promote dialogue on issues of mutual interest.
The A4A DG made this known yesterday through the organisation’s coordinator, Yakubu Dati, during his meeting with Governor Caleb Mutfwang in Jos.
Speaking on behalf of the national coordinator, Dati said Plateau State is important national and need to further reinforce its alliance with the ruling party at the center by ensuring the return of the President’
Dati said as state coordinator, he is going to be responsible for coordinating A4A’s activities and engagements across Plateau State, as the organisation expands its structure in the northern region.
He added that the meeting could not have come at a better time than now that there’s increasing political activities ahead of the 2027 electoral cycle, with stakeholders exploring areas of common interest and broader engagement.
He explained that A4A’s approach is by reaching out to leaders and stakeholders across the political divide while advancing its objectives.
Responding, the state governor appreciated the initiative and expressed hope that it would provide more opportunities for millions of Nigerians.
The Governor added that the engagement has added another dimension to the ongoing political conversations, with emphasis on dialogue, mutual respect, and shared interests.
